Our son was a patient
We were always welcomed and kept really well informed we cannot fault the care and treatment here on the ward we were treated with respect and the staff were honest and helpful, attending ward rounds gave an opportunity to share our views we were listened to and felt our views valued
We are disappointed with the community team since the last admission and feel nothing really has changed our son needs psychology and not a waiting list of 18 months we are very let down again

The staff are kind and helpful the ward was clean and the food ok, Andras was helpful and Shannon, everyone was very kind but I needed to see a psychologist so nothing has changed and I need help now I can’t wait 18 months I am going to leave hospital to the same situation and no help whatsover

Good nurses with a clear top Matron
Food was good help always there for patients, sometimes not enough clean toilets or showers but staff report problems straight away and are always helpful
Enjoyed the groups would like more outdoor stuff the garden needs better seats the little table is too small and not very comfortable
Special mention to the HCA who are always there for you for a walk, sign you out, chat help with anything really great people Steve Ella Milly Sarah Hannah Andras, Rumi Adi Abi tyro all kind and good people hope I not missed anyone
